Return Policy

At Lesha Silver, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return window under the conditions below.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged
  • All tags and labels must be intact
  • Return must include original packaging

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Write to us at lesha.pure@gmail.com
  2. Fill out the Return Request Form within 15 days of delivery
  3. Our courier partner will pick up the item within 2–3 business days

After Pickup:

  • Your product will be sent to our warehouse for a quality check
  • Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account

Exceptions:

For product complaints, we conduct a detailed check in coordination with our buying and QC team. If a recurring product issue is identified, we will ensure a prompt resolution.

Basic silver tarnishing is not eligible for return unless it’s a repetitive issue with a specific design.

Tarnishing is a natural process with silver, especially with exposure to water and cosmetics. However, we use rhodium plating to help prevent it.
