For product complaints, we conduct a detailed check in coordination with our buying and QC team. If a recurring product issue is identified, we will ensure a prompt resolution. Basic silver tarnishing is not eligible for return unless it’s a repetitive issue with a specific design. Tarnishing is a natural process with silver, especially with exposure to water and cosmetics.
